Real Estate - Create and Manage your own website

If you are a realtor in a competitive market place, the best way you can start your online business is to have a professional web site with a content management system which gives you the opportunity to manage your own web site and your own property listings.  This is what our software package does.

With our software, there are three options available to you -

The first is to "rent" space on our mall - this is a month to month contract, it allows you to edit your web site and listings as often as you like so that you can test out the software to your own satisfaction.

The second option is to purchase a "standalone" version of the software which would allow you to start your own business with your own domain name.  The cost of this would be $397 and an ongoing cost for hosting, starting at $20/month.  (We have specially configured our web servers to run this software securely).

The third choice you have is to purchase a "mall" version of our ecommerce software package.  This would allow you to

• Target clients in your own geographical area - in other words, you could sell web site packages to local businesses and make a feature of your area.
• Run your own real estate business on the same mall - giving your property listings the advantages of being on a site which specifically targets your local area.
• This would also allow you to sell advertising to local businesses who are also looking for the benefit of marketing their services and products.
